Where and When We Meet
The Wednesday night group, led by Pamela Weiss, meets every Wednesday evening from 7pm to 9pm in the Fireside Room of the First Unitarian Universalist Church of San Francisco, located at 1187 Franklin Street at the corner of Geary Blvd. (view map) Our meetings begin with a silent meditation followed by a dharma talk and discussion.
The intent of the group is to introduce fundamental Buddhist teachings—the Four Noble Truths, Eightfold Path, Five Precepts, and Ten Paramis— and to bring them alive.
